Role Overview:
The IT Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of NewTech Global Solutions’ IT systems and software at client sites. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting, training, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. |
Configure and customize IT solutions according to client specifications. |
Collaborate with clients to develop implementation timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. |
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment. |
Provide training and support to client staff to ensure successful adoption of the implemented systems. |
Document implementation processes and create user manuals and guides. |
Continuously assess and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. |
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. |
3-5 years of experience in IT implementation, with a focus on software and systems integration. |
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. |
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users. |
Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously. |
Familiarity with various IT systems, software, and platforms. |
Willingness to travel to client sites as required. |
