Role Overview:
The North India Operations Head will lead and manage the operations of NewTech Global Solutions in the North India region. This role involves overseeing all aspects of regional operations, including sales, client relationships, project delivery, and team management. You will be the key driver of growth and operational excellence in the region, ensuring that NewTech’s services and solutions are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth and expansion of operations in North India. |
Lead and manage a regional team, including sales, technical, and support staff. |
Oversee the successful delivery of IT solutions and projects to clients in the region, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. |
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. |
Monitor and manage regional performance, including revenue targets, profitability, and operational efficiency. |
Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to expand the client base. |
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. |
Report regularly to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities. |
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. |
8-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in IT solutions and services. |
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. |
Strong business acumen and understanding of the North Indian market. |
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. |
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. |
Willingness to travel within the region as needed. |
