Role Overview:

The Advisor – School Operations at Scholr-Ai will provide expert guidance and support to schools in optimizing their operations through the use of Scholr-Ai’s management solutions. You will work closely with school administrators to assess their operational needs, recommend best practices, and ensure the successful integration of Scholr-Ai’s platform into their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to schools, providing insights and recommendations on optimizing school operations.
Assess the current operational challenges faced by schools and identify areas where Scholr-Ai’s solutions can add value.
Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement efficient processes using Scholr-Ai’s platform.
Provide training and support to school staff on how to effectively use the platform.
Monitor the implementation process and offer ongoing advice to ensure smooth operations.
Gather feedback from schools to continuously improve Scholr-Ai’s offerings.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in school management and operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in school administration, operations, or a related role.
Deep understanding of school operations and the challenges faced by educational institutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with school staff.
Experience with school management systems or educational technology is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for education and improving operational efficiency in schools.
