Role Overview:
As a Finance Manager at NewTech Global Solutions, you will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and strategic financial planning. You will play a critical role in managing financial risks, optimizing profitability, and supporting the company’s growth and expansion efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of both local and international financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
| Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. |
| Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local regulations. |
| Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives. |
| Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. |
| Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to optimize the company’s financial health. |
| Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. |
| Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. |
| Support the expansion of operations in new markets by conducting financial analysis and risk assessments. |
| Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. |
Qualifications:
| Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred. |
| 5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the IT or technology sector. |
| Strong knowledge of financial regulations in the UAE and international standards. |
| Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. |
| Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. |
| Strong leadership and team management abilities. |
| High level of integrity, with a commitment to ethical financial practices. |
| Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. |
