Role Overview:

The Hardware Specialist at Scholr-Ai will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware components that are integral to the Scholr-Ai school management system. You will ensure that all hardware is functioning optimally, provide troubleshooting support, and work with schools to integrate hardware solutions seamlessly into their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as servers, networking devices, and other related equipment.
Collaborate with the software development and implementation teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
Provide technical support to schools, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure hardware reliability and performance.
Document hardware configurations, maintenance activities, and support processes.
Advise schools on hardware requirements and recommend upgrades as needed.
Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies and trends relevant to educational environments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and support.
Strong technical skills in hardware configuration, networking, and troubleshooting.
Experience with school or educational institution IT environments is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hardware projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
