Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at NewTech Global Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions across various industries. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose customized IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
