Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Scholr-Ai, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the adoption of Scholr-Ai’s innovative school management solutions. You will work closely with schools and educational institutions to understand their needs and present customized solutions that streamline their operations and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools, colleges, and educational organizations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
Present and demonstrate Scholr-Ai’s school management solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational technology or IT solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Passion for education and technology, with a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel as required.
