Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Scholr-Ai, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the adoption of Scholr-Ai’s innovative school management solutions. You will work closely with schools and educational institutions to understand their needs and present customized solutions that streamline their operations and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
| Identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools, colleges, and educational organizations. |
| Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions. |
| Present and demonstrate Scholr-Ai’s school management solutions to prospective clients. |
| Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. |
| Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. |
| Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. |
| Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. |
| Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales management team. |
Qualifications:
| Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. |
| 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational technology or IT solutions. |
| Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. |
| Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. |
| Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. |
| Passion for education and technology, with a customer-focused mindset. |
| Willingness to travel as required. |
