Role Overview:

As the Deployment Manager for North India at Scholr-Ai, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of Scholr-Ai’s school management solutions across the region. You will lead deployment projects, coordinate with schools, manage a deployment team, and ensure that all implementations are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute the deployment of Scholr-Ai’s solutions in schools across North India.
Coordinate with school administrators and staff to schedule deployments and ensure minimal disruption to school operations.
Lead a team of deployment specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful deployment within scope.
Conduct site visits to oversee installation, configuration, and testing of the system.
Provide post-deployment support and ensure any issues are resolved promptly.
Gather feedback from schools to improve future deployment processes and solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or implementation, with a focus on educational technology preferred.
Proven experience managing large-scale deployment projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with school management systems or educational software.
Ability to travel extensively within the North India region as required.
